You cannot start with the second or third level. Once all three are complete, you are a BPI DRAFTS graduate.

A winter camp in February. Open to everyone, including those who have never attended DRAFTS.
A camp for men aged 20 and over. Separate from the levels.
If your son has never attended DRAFTS, start with Enlistment in summer or Mobilization in February. Both welcome newcomers.
